Transportation Operation Management System(TOMS) keeps all the Information about the Vehicle. It keeps record of allotted vehicles to the particular person of NDDB for NDDB work as well as for his personal use at rent or outside of it. Which vehicle is required for the person, at what time for which purpose is noted and according to that they allotted the vehicles. The system gives information about maintenance & fuelling of vehicle at last time. It gives report of fuel required by the vehicle in the month & maintenance of the particular vehicle.
Address Database Management System (ADMS) keeps all the address of the person& different Organization to whom PR group of NDDB send Magazines. It also take address of visitors of the NDDB. keeps Record of total number magazines required & according to the requirment particular magazines are printed in press. There are different type of magazines,different person of NDDB send different magazines to different persons or organisation.It gives record of total number of magazines are send & how many remains left. With annual report they send covering letter , which include short description about the annual report.

This avoids duplication of work & minimizes the Engineering work in preparing the bills of materials. It also provides an effective engineering change control system.
